HIGH PERFORMANCE PLASTIC BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER
A versatile series of easy to use, linear bottle unscramblers offer low
maintenance, rapid changeover, and high quality construction. Bottles are loaded into the integrated large supply hopper and enter the sorting bowl by means of the elevator. Containers are rotated and spun to the outside of a large disc in the sorting bowl. Containers enter the transfer belt system facing lengthways in the direction of travel of the discharge conveyor. Bottles are then oriented container base down and placed on the discharge conveyor.

Unscrambling speed is a function of the bowl diameter, bowl rotational speed and the height of the container. Speeds of up to three hundred (300) bottles per minute (bpm) can be achieved.

These machines are energy efficient that the bottle sorting operation does not require compressed air to function. The compact machine design, with an integrated hopper/elevator and ionized air unit, minimizes space requirements.
