SPINDLE STYLE SCREW CAPPER
These Cappers are very strong and versatile machines that are able to sort, align, place, and torque a wide range of threaded cap types up to 120 caps per minute.

Gripping belts guide the container securely through the capper where three sets of polyurethane discs spin the caps into place. Quick-change polyurethane spindle discs allow for fast replacement when the discs become worn over time! An air clutch is used for consistent and accurate control of cap torque.

The capper has a power height adjustment to accommodate containers between 50mm and 350mm high. The sorter and capper can support caps with diameters between 10mm and 115mm. The cap feed chute, spindle wheels and gripper belts have a wide range of adjustment to meet your specific cap and container combination.

The controls are mounted in a remote mounted control box on an independent stand. The controls can be mounted on either side of the capping machine. The machine will be supplied with a full wrap around interlocked guard to meet with current regulations.

SCREW/SNAP CAPPER

Combination Cappers are very durable and versatile machines that are able to sort, place, and complete a wide range of both screw caps and snap on caps. The cappers feature both assemblies to apply torque and downward pressure.

Gripping belts (various styles are available) guide the container securely through the completion unit. Sets of polyurethane discs can be used to turn the caps into place and an inclined press down belt presses caps to assist completion. Three-station Combination Cappers have an air clutch torque control for even greater control over the cap completion process.

Combination Cappers are typically used in operations where maximum versatility is required because both screw and snap caps must be applied. They are also used to apply unusual caps that must be both turned and pressed at the same time in order to be accurately seated.

This series of conveyors are built to fit your production needs and are available in a complete range of lengths, sizes, and configurations. They can be customised with options to fit your requirements.

Standard construction materials include 304 stainless steel frames and housings. A range of modular plastic and stainless steel modular conveyor belts are available. They are powered by variable speed DC drives.

Options include stainless steel rails, special heavy-duty sanitary drives, hazardous location construction, HDPE construction for corrosive environments, IP65 electrical construction for wash down environments, Zone 1 and hazardous location electrical
standards. Conveyors are available in 90° and 180° turn configurations.
